Recently taken over and refurbished by local couple, Hev and Gaz - and fantastically run by John our Pub Manager.
We pride ourselves in creating the perfect friendly atmosphere for family and friends (two and four legged variety) to enjoy great beer, wine, weekly entertainment and traditional pub food.
Combine a beautiful flower-filled beer garden with a wonderful thatched 18th Century Grade II listed building, and you get The Wheatsheaf - the epitome of a truly traditional, good old fashioned British pub in the heart of the community.
We love having visits from motorhomes and campers and look forward to offering a really warm and friendly welcome.
